CRM - Importing Opportunities with Defined Win Dates

SprintHub allows you to import opportunities in a practical and organized way, including with win dates already defined. This feature is ideal for keeping your CRM always up to date with the correct negotiation history.

Choosing the Pipeline

Before starting the import, go to the CRM settings and select the sales pipeline where you want to import the opportunities. Each pipeline has specific stages, so this step is essential to ensure that the data is imported correctly.

Starting the Import

When clicking "Import Opportunities", two file options will be available:

  • CSV

  • XLSX

Choose the format of your spreadsheet file to proceed with the import.

Important Notes for Mapping

Check an example of a spreadsheet. Pay attention to empty rows; they must be removed as they interfere with the mapping.

To see the IDs of the Stages and Users, click on View IDs, which will be displayed as shown in the image below:

Attention to Date Format

When importing opportunities with defined dates, it is essential to check:

  • What date format is used (for example: DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc.).

Completing the Import

After reviewing the mapping of all fields:

  1. Make sure the data is correct.

  2. Click "Import".

Done! Your opportunities will be inserted into the CRM with complete information, including win dates correctly associated.
