SprintHub allows you to import opportunities in a practical and organized way, including with already defined win dates. This feature is ideal for keeping your CRM always updated with the correct negotiation history.
Before starting the import, go to the CRM settings and select the sales pipeline where you want to import the opportunities. Each pipeline has specific stages and, therefore, this step is essential to ensure that the data is imported correctly.
When you click on "Import Opportunities," two file options will be available:
CSV
XLSX
Choose the format of your spreadsheet file to continue with the import.
Check out an example spreadsheet. Pay attention to empty rows; they must be removed because they interfere with the mapping.
Your spreadsheet must include the title column; without it, the mapping cannot be performed.
To see the Stage and User IDs, click on "View IDs," which will be displayed as shown in the image below:
Attention to the Date Format
When importing opportunities with defined dates, it is essential to verify:
What date format is used (for example: DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc.).

Incorrect date mapping can affect the import of your data.
After reviewing the mapping of all fields:
Make sure the data is correct.
Click "Import".
Done! Your opportunities will be inserted into the CRM with complete information, including the win dates correctly associated.
