# CRM - Importing Opportunities with Defined Win Dates

SprintHub allows you to import opportunities in a practical and organized way, including with already defined win dates. This feature is ideal for keeping your CRM always up to date with the correct negotiation history.

#### Choosing the Pipeline

Before starting the import, go to the CRM settings and select the sales pipeline where you want to import the opportunities. Each pipeline has specific stages and, therefore, this step is essential to ensure that the data is imported correctly.

#### Starting the Import

When clicking on "Import Opportunities," two file options will be available:

* CSV
* XLSX

Choose the format of your spreadsheet file to continue with the import.

#### Important Notes for Mapping

Check an example of a spreadsheet. Pay attention to empty rows, they should be removed because they interfere with the mapping.

It is mandatory for your spreadsheet to contain the title column; without it, the mapping cannot be performed.

To see the IDs of the Stages and Users, click on "View IDs," which will be shown as in the image below:<br>

#### Mapping the fields

Attention to Date Format

When importing opportunities with defined dates, it is essential to verify:<br>

* What date format is being used (for example: DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc.).

#### Finishing the Import

After reviewing the mapping of all fields:

1. Make sure the data is correct.
2. Click on "Import."<br>

Done! Your opportunities will be inserted into the CRM with complete information, including the win dates correctly associated.
