CRM - List Mode
List mode is essential for performing bulk actions efficiently. The mode is also useful for a quick review of data, sorting and filtering records, facilitating organization.

After opening your CRM, select the pipeline you want to view in list mode, and click "List".

Then, you can view the list mode of your opportunities, displaying essential information, such as the associated company, the person responsible, the current status, the estimated value and other relevant information.

Custom Organization: You can choose which columns to display.

Users can arrange opportunities in the order they prefer.
By selecting one or more opportunities, you will have several options at your disposal;

Transfer the selected opportunity to another pipeline.
Move the selected opportunity to a different stage.
Export the selected opportunities.
Transfer to another responsible user.
Change the status of the selected opportunity.
Create a task related to the selected opportunity.
Remove the selected opportunity.
Transfer the selected opportunity to another pipeline;
After clicking the transfer opportunity button, choose the Pipeline and the Stage to which you want to transfer the opportunity.

After completing these steps, all the opportunities you selected will be moved to the pipeline where you transferred them. This is an important feature for those who need to perform bulk transfers of opportunities.

It is possible to Export the data from the table to a file in Excel;
Choose the opportunities you want to export and then select the fields desired, such as Name, WhatsApp and e-mail.

After selecting the fields you want to export, choose the desired format and click 'Export'.

After this step, your spreadsheet will be ready for use and you can download it with all the data from the opportunities you selected.
