CRM - Deleting Opportunities

At SprintHub, we have the ability to delete opportunities in bulk and/or individually for cases of duplication, errors, etc.

In the image, example of an opportunity with the same Lead, simulating a duplication. However they have different values. And only the opportunity with the highest value is desired.:

For manual deletion. Follow the steps below:

1 - Click on the desired opportunity:

2 - Click on the gear in the upper left corner, and choose delete:

A warning message will appear. Just click yes, and the opportunity will be deleted:

For deletion via automation. Follow the steps below:

1 - Click on the automation option, then choose the stage where you want to delete the opportunities and click the “new automation for this stage” button:

2 - In “Title”, enter the desired name for the automation;

3 - It is possible to add a “Condition”. Example here, by value. However you can add as many conditions as necessary (it will appear to set reasons of AND and OR (choose wisely);

4 - In “Actions”, click new action and choose “Delete Opportunity”;

An alert will appear about the deletion and also a checkbox to indicate whether you want to also delete the Lead.

5 - Choose whether you want to repeat the actions;

6 - Choose whether you want single triggering per opportunity;

7 - Choose the status limitation;

8 - Finish by clicking “Save Automation”;

A message will appear on the screen asking if you want to include the current opportunities

YES: it will include | NO: it will not include

9 - To activate the automation, just click the green “play” button.

Done! Your automation will now be running.
