CRM - How to automatically change the position of leads in the funnel

In the sales funnel, it is possible to configure the position of leads so that when they send the message the position changes automatically.

1. CRM Preferences

1. In the Funnel List, choose the existing funnel to edit by clicking Settings. If you want to create a new funnel, click + New Funnel. In this example, we clicked Settings.

1. Click Edit

1. Select Yes to Move opportunity automatically. Save the setting.
