CRM - Sharing Filters

In SprintHub, you can share your CRM filters with other users, making collaboration more efficient for your team.

To share a new filter, follow the detailed steps below;

In your CRM, click on Filters;

You have the option to filter by specific fields, such as the customer's name, the opportunity value, among others.

In the option to add fields, if necessary, we offer a wide variety of search fields, making filtering easier, including contact, company, and opportunity fields.

After selecting and configuring your filter, you have the option to save it. If it is a filter you use frequently, this will provide greater convenience

Click on Save Filter;

Customize your Filter however you prefer;

1- Give the filter a name so you can identify it easily.

2- Making the filter public means that all system users will be able to view the filter.

3- If you want to restrict the filter's view to only some users, select them.

You have the option to set your filter as Default, which means that when you leave and return to the CRM, your filter will remain as the default filter.

Finally, your Saved filters will be available on the left side, where you can edit them, delete them, or set one of them as the default filter.
