Contact History Now Displays Access Permission Changes

Now, the lead history includes a new enhancement: the display of access permission changes. With this feature, it is possible to see which changes were made, ensuring more transparency and control over the permissions assigned within the platform.

What changed?

From now on, when an access permission is changed on a lead, that modification will be recorded in the lead history. Among the information recorded are:

  • Action performed: What was changed in the access permission.

  • ID of the previous owner: Identification of the user who previously had access.

  • ID of the new user: Indicates the user who received the new permission.
