Creating a service manually for a lead is an essential process to ensure personalized and efficient support. This article will guide you through the process of starting a service from the lead page, using different WhatsApp Web and API accounts available in the system.

Step-by-step to Create a Service Manually

1. Accessing the Lead Page

To start a service, you must first access the lead page within the system. This page contains detailed information about the lead, including their contacts, previous interactions, and data relevant to the service.

2. Locating the "Start Service" Button

At the top of the lead page, there is a green button called "Start Service". This button is the key to starting a new service manually.

3. Choosing the WhatsApp Account

By clicking the button "Start Service"a modal window will be displayed with the list of accounts available to perform the service. These accounts may include:

  • WhatsApp Web

  • WhatsApp API

All accounts linked to the system will appear in this list, allowing the user to choose the most appropriate one for the service.

4. Creating the Service

After selecting the desired account, simply click the "Create Service". The system will open a new service modal where it will be possible to start the conversation with the lead.
