In SprintHub, you can set certain contacts to no longer receive automatic messages via WhatsApp or Email. This feature is useful to prevent unwanted sends, respect the contact's privacy, and maintain more assertive communication.
Step-by-step to enable the block
Access the "Leads" feature
Through the “Find Services” menu or by typing the name directly in the search bar.
Locate the desired contact
In the contact record, click “Other Actions” (three-dot icon).
Select “Add to ‘Do not contact’”
Choose the type of block:
WhatsApp
Email
Both (by checking the options in the checkbox)
What happens after the block
On the contact's profile, a notice will appear informing that message sending is blocked for the selected channel(s).
Automatic messages via automation will not be sent while the block is active.
How to remove the block
Just click on the block option displayed on the contact's profile.
The status will be updated and message sending will be allowed again
