Linking contacts (leads) to companies

You can link leads directly to companies in the system, making it easier to identify the leads and their respective organizations.

Access the Leads tab. In the search bar find service, click on “General” and then on “Leads”. Select the desired lead. In the “Main Company Information” card, select the company you want to link.

• If the company does not yet exist in your instance, it is possible to create it directly using the “+” icon.

Done! The company has been added to your Lead.
