Contacts - Modify data

To help modify Lead data, such as correcting the phone number, you can use SprintHub through CRM Automation or the Automation Flow. See below the detailed steps for each method:

Attention! Check the fields so they are not changed incorrectly.

VIA CRM AUTOMATION

1. Access Automation in the CRM:

• In your CRM, go to the automation section.

1. Create the Automation:

• In a step, click “+” to create a new automation.

1. Configure the Automation:

• Give the automation a title.

• Set a trigger for the automation. If there are any additional conditions, include them as well.

• Under “Actions”, select “Update Lead data”.

• In “Configure Action”, choose which field will be updated. It is possible to configure the action to update more than one field.

• In the description, write exactly what the action will do.

1. Activate the Automation:

• For the automation to work, just press “play”.

VIA AUTOMATION FLOW

1. Create New Flow:

• In Automation Flow, click “+ New”.

1. Configure and Create:

   • Enter a Name: Give a descriptive name for your flow.

   • Enter a description: detail of what will happen in the flow.

   • CConfigure a Segment: Choose one of your preference.

   • Configure the access permissions: Only the users and departments added will be able to access this item. Leaving the users and departments empty will grant access to all system users.

   • Category: Choose one of your preference. This is optional

   • Allow leads to restart the flow?: It depends on your strategy.

   If set to “YES”, it will go through the flow more than once.

   • Click “Open Builder”, to create the flow with your actions and conditions.

1. Build the Flow:

• When building the flow, click the “orange dot” and choose “Action”.

1. Configure the Action:

• Choose to modify the Lead data and configure the action.

• Use the token to make the change.

• Click “Save and close”. The automation will start running.

The Token will be used here to make the change.

Inserting the DDI

For situations where the numbers entered in the WhatsApp and/or Mobile Phone field(s) are missing Brazil's DDI code (55), use this action to update them correctly.

Example using the WhatsApp Field:

• Insert the WhatsApp Token by clicking the button indicated in the image;

• In front of the Token, put 55;

This action can also be performed with the "Mobile Phone" field
