Segments - Creating for numbers that do not have the country code (DDI)

In SprintHub, you can segment Leads based on incorrect formatting of WhatsApp and/or mobile phone numbers. This segmentation can be applied in various automations to correct or update the field data.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Create the Segment:

• Go to your Segment via “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the feature appears.

• To create, click “+ New”.

1. Configure and Create:

• Information:

• Enter a Name: Give a descriptive name to your segment

• Enter an alias: Shortening of your segment name.

• Category: Choose one of your preference. This is optional

• Custom Audience: If you want one created for your already integrated ad account, leave the option set to “YES”.

• Filters:

Here it will indicate which Lead will be included according to the chosen filter(s).

• If you want to remove Leads that do not meet the Segment filter immediately, leave the option set to “YES”.

• Choose the filters of your preference.

In this example, “The lead's field value” was used. And a code will be inserted for verification ^\+?55

It is possible to perform the check on both fields simultaneously, using the expression And (which includes both in the check) or the expression OR (which allows the conditional choice between one or the other).

1. Save:

After making the necessary changes. Save your segment.

Leads that meet the filter will start participating in the segment immediately.

And that's it, you can now use your Segment in other system functions!
