The duration of anonymous leads storage varies according to the plan subscribed to in SprintHub. This definition is essential to ensure efficient management and strategic use of this data. Check the retention times by plan:

  • Traction Plan: anonymous leads are stored for up to 4 months.

  • Growth Plan: the storage period extends up to 6 months.

  • Enterprise Plan: storage up to 12 months.
