Deleting or Archiving Anonymous Contacts
Anonymous leads are website visitors who browse without providing contact information, such as filling out a form. Although limited, data like IP and location (city/state) can be captured through a tracking configuration in SprintHub. In this article, we will cover how to better organize these anonymous leads, explaining the process of archiving or deleting them efficiently.
Anonymous Leads Storage Time
The duration of anonymous leads storage varies according to the plan subscribed to in SprintHub. This definition is essential to ensure efficient management and strategic use of this data. Check the retention times by plan:
Traction Plan: anonymous leads are stored for up to 4 months.
Growth Plan: the storage period extends up to 6 months.
Enterprise Plan: storage up to 12 months.
ANONYMOUS LEADS LIMIT EXCEEDED If your plan's anonymous leads limit has been reached, don't worry. The excess is automatically deleted at the end of each week. Additionally, at the end of the storage period defined in your plan, all anonymous leads are removed automatically. This deletion does not affect the management of your leads.
Based on these durations, it is possible to decide whether you want to archive or delete anonymous leads, optimizing space and focusing on the data most relevant to your strategy.
