360º Support Desk - How to send a public calendar link to the Lead using tokens

You want your lead to have access to your public calendar so they can schedule meetings with you, but you want to do this in an automated way.

For this example, we will use a custom SAC360 automation.

Do this from your platform.

In the message field, click the insert token button:

It is located in the right corner.

Search for "Calendar" or the name of the public calendar you want to send to the lead:

The options will all be listed.

Select the desired option. An optional message to be forwarded along with the link can also be added:

The token will not be seen by the lead.

Do not change the information directly inside the token if you do not know what you are doing!

Save your message and done! The token will be replaced by the public calendar link.
