User Preferences

Customize the user's own preferences and their priorities.

To get started, configure your personal information, including the name that will be displayed in SAC 360 and your profile picture.

1 - To access User Preferences, click the user icon and "User Preferences".

2 - Personal Information: set up your profile picture and the name for customer service.

ATTENTION: To change the photo that appears to the lead, do this through WhatsApp on the device.

The profile picture will only be visible to SprintHub users (internal use). The picture can only be changed by the user themselves.

3 - VoIP Preferences: configure audio preferences and preferences for the international telephone code.

4 - System Layout: configure the language and the default viewing mode of SAC 360°.

5 - Notifications: allows enabling or disabling system notifications..

6 - Integrations: allows integrating Google Calendar and Outlook 360.
