# User Preferences

To get started, configure your personal information, including the name that will be displayed in SAC 360 and your profile picture.

1 - To access User Preferences, click the user icon and **"User Preferences".**

2 - **Personal Information:** set up your profile picture and the name for customer service.

**ATTENTION**: To change the photo that appears to the lead, do this through WhatsApp on the device.

The profile picture will only be visible to SprintHub users (internal use). \
The picture can only be changed by the user themselves.

3 - **VoIP Preferences:** configure audio preferences and preferences for the international telephone code.

4 - **System Layout:** configure the language and the default viewing mode of SAC 360°.

5 - **Notifications:** allows enabling or disabling system notifications..

6 - **Integrations:** allows integrating [Google Calendar](/en/topics/integration/integration-google-calendar.md) and [Outlook 360](/en/topics/integration/integrations-outlook.md).
