# Transferring Responsibility between Users

Transferring responsibility within SprintHub is essential to maintain organization and continuity in support and opportunities. In this tutorial, I’ll show you the step-by-step process to make this change quickly and easily.

#### Step by Step

1. Access System Settings in the main menu, click on Settings and then on Users.

2. Select the User for whom you want to make the transfer and click the icon.

3. Select the new responsible person and check the confirmation option. Click the "Transfer" button to complete the action. You will see the confirmation message at the end of the transfer.
