Enabling User Notifications
At Sprinthub, user notifications are a practical way to follow updates and interactions within the platform in real time. Enabling them ensures you are alerted whenever there are important movements on your account or in the processes you follow.
The setup is simple and can be done directly in user preferences, where you can enable or disable alerts according to your needs. Check below.
the taskbar, click your photo icon and then User preferences.

Then click Notifications.

Sprinthub allows you to configure which alerts you want to receive in each service, such as SAC360, CRM, Tasks, Public Calendars and VoIP. This way, you can choose to enable all available notifications or only those you consider most useful for your day-to-day. To do this, just access the Notifications tab in user preferences and enable or disable each option according to your needs.
SAC360 β New Message: Notifies when a new message is received in a support conversation.
SAC360 β New Chat: Notifies when a new support conversation is created with the status Waiting.
Public Calendars β Appointment: Notifies when an appointment is made in a public calendar for which you are responsible.
Public Calendars β Reschedule: Notifies when a rescheduling is made in a public calendar for which you are responsible.
CRM β New Opportunity: Notifies when an opportunity under your responsibility is created.
CRM β New Responsible: Notifies when you become responsible for an existing opportunity.
Tasks β New Task: Notifies when a new task under your responsibility is created.
Tasks β Responsibility Transfer: Notifies when the responsibility for a task is transferred to you.
