Segments - Creating by Lead's Date of Birth

In SprintHub, it is possible to segment Leads based on date of birth (including day, month, and year). This segmentation can be used in various automations and also as a custom audience in your ad account.

  1. Create the Segment:

  • Go to your Segment via “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the feature appears.

  • To create, click “+ New”.

  1. Configure and Create:

  • Information: Configure.

  • Enter a Name: Give a descriptive name to your segment

  • Enter an alias: Shortening of your segment name.

  • Category: Choose one of your preference. This is optional

  • Custom Audience: If you want one created for your already integrated ad account, leave the option set to “YES”.

  • Filters: Configure

Here it will indicate which Lead will be included according to the chosen filter(s).

  • If you wish to already remove the Leads that do not meet the Segment filter, leave the option with “YES” enabled.

  • Choose the filters of your preference.

In this example, the “day/month/year of the field” was used. There are many filter options here; check which best suits you.

  1. Save:

After making the necessary changes. Save your segment.

Leads that meet the filter will start participating in the segment immediately.

And that's it, you can now use your Segment in other system functions!
