CRM - Create task on the Opportunity tab
In the SprintHub CRM, you can create tasks directly within the Opportunity, ensuring no important action is left out of the sales process. πΌβ¨
βΆοΈ Step-by-step to create the task
Open the CRM
From the menu Find Services β GENERAL β CRM
Or simply type CRM the search π
Select the Desired Opportunity.
Click on the Tasks β.
Press Create Task.
Fill in the fields as shown on the screen:



π New Task Fields
π·οΈ Task Title β Clear and objective name. π Ex.: βSend quoteβ.
π Stage Define which stage the task is in:
Open β task created, not yet started.
Pending β in progress, awaiting completion.
Custom β according to the stages you configured in your task board.
π Due Date β Define by when it must be done. π Ex.: 09/15/2025.
β‘ Priority β Low, Medium or High. π Use High for urgent tasks.
π€ Responsible β Who on the team will execute it.
π Type β Classify: Call, Meeting, Email.
π₯ Participants β Who will collaborate on the execution.
π Observers β Who will only follow the progress.
π Opportunity β Filled in automatically.
π§βπΌ Contact β Linked client.
π¬ Service β Link to a service case, if necessary.
ποΈ Description β Detail extra information. π Ex.: βConfirm receipt of the proposal and schedule an alignment meetingβ.
