In Converter > Forms it is possible to create forms for the lead qualification.
Forms usually ask for lead data such as: full name, email and whatsapp.

In the Builder when selecting a Phone field and clicking on the Settings tab there is an option called “Validate Whatsapp”.
This condition can only be checked if Whatsapp is properly connected to SprintHub.
If Whatsapp has any connection problem, when submitting the form the following error will be shown:
If this error is happening, check the connection status of your Whatsapp.
If it has any status other than "Connected", click on Options > Start/Restart Service
