How does it work?
When configuring a form with a file upload field, you can link that field to a custom file-type field created in the Lead custom fields.
How to configure?
Create a custom field:
In the menu, go to system settings, select Custom Fields - Lead.
Create a new field of the File type.
Configure the form:
Go to the desired form.
Add a field of the File type.
Link that field to the custom field you created in the previous step.
Done!
When the lead fills out the form and uploads a file, the document will be automatically saved in the corresponding field of the lead's record.
You will be able to access the lead, view and download the file whenever you need.
