Automation Flow - Lead received or Opened an email?
These triggers are a valuable indicator of lead interest and engagement. When someone takes the initiative to click an email link, they demonstrate interest in the content or offer.
To create your automation, go to the automation flow builder, click on 'Trigger' and then choose one of the options:
Then choose which emails you want to be used in the automation. More than one email can be selected.
You can also set the times, days of the week and even how long the automation will be available
Only at specific hours?
If this option is selected, decisions will only occur at the specific hours.
Only on specific days?
If this option is selected, only decisions that occur on the specified weekdays will be considered.
In the example, let's Segment leads who received and opened the specific emails. This will allow the flow to be more personalized, and we can provide the segmented lead with content related to what they showed interest in.
Leads who click on emails are generally more engaged and more likely to interact with additional content. In short, automating flows based on "clicked an email" is an effective strategy to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
