In this article, you will learn how to configure your AI Agent so that it can send an image during the conversation with a lead. We will do this by using the image URL hosted in the file manager and applying that information within the agent's questions and answers.

1. Uploading the Photo to the File Manager
First of all, we need to host the image that will be used. For this:
Access the File Manager.
Upload the desired image.
After the upload, right-click on the image and select the view file option.
Then, "Copy the URL" of the image.
This URL will be used later by the agent to send the image correctly.
2. Accessing the AI Agent
Now let's configure the AI Agent:
At the top of the platform, use the "Find Service" bar.
Go to: Converter > AI Agents.
3. Creating or Editing the Agent
You can choose to:
Create a new agent, by clicking the "+ New" button, or edit an existing agent.
When creating a new agent, fill in the following fields:
Title: An internal name to organize your agents.
Agent Name: Name the agent will use during conversations.
Company Name: The company represented by the agent.
Company Description: A brief summary (up to 1000 characters) about what the company does.
4. Configuring the Response with the Image
Go to the "Search Database" option.
Access Settings.
Locate the "Questions and Answers" section.
Here you can register possible questions a lead may ask, along with the appropriate answers.
Example:
Question: I want to see the bg photo of the meeting.
Answer: Here is the bg photo of the meeting "Paste here the image URL copied earlier".
Tip: Keep your questions and answers objective so the agent can respond with clarity and accuracy.
5. Setting Contextualization Rules
To ensure the agent sends images correctly, add the following rules in the Contextualization tab:
- if you need to send a link to an image, do not send it as "text", but as "image".
- do not try to invent new links for images.
These instructions help the agent handle images more efficiently.
