Template - CRM Automation Model for Funnel

At SprintHub, it's easy to create and use Automation Templates to speed up the process across different stages and pipelines of your CRM. Follow the steps below to create and use your Templates:

1. Create an Automation:

- Access your CRM and go to the Automations section, then switch to "Funnel Automations"

- Click on "New Automation".

2. Configure and Save:

- Configure your automation according to your needs.

- After configuring, make sure to save the changes.

3. Edit the Automation:

- After saving, return to editing the automation by clicking the edit button.

4. Create a Template:

- In the top right corner of the automation edit screen, click "Create Template".

5. Configure the Template:

- Give your Template a descriptive name.

- Add a brief description for identification.

- Choose whether you want to make the Template public or private.

- Select the users you want to share the Template with. Only those users will be able to view and use the Template.

- Finish by clicking "Save Template".

6. Use the Template in other Automations:

- To use the Template created in other funnels, choose which funnel you want to use it in

- On the automation creation screen, choose the option to select a Template.

- All saved Templates will be available for selection.

With these steps, your Template will be ready to be used in various parts of your CRM, saving time and maintaining consistency in automations.
