Custom fields for Leads in SprintHub offer incredible flexibility to manage information in a personalized way. One of the field types you can create is the Selector, which allows choosing multiple options from a predefined list. Here is a quick guide to configure this feature:
Step by Step to Create a Custom Field - Selector
1 - Access the Settings Icon
On the main panel, locate and click the settings icon (usually represented by a gear).
2 - Click on Custom Fields
Leads, and then + New to start creating a new field.
3 - Add a Name and Type
In the form that appears, enter a name for the field and select the Selector type.
4 - Add the Selector Options
Click New Option to enter the options that will be part of the selector. For each option, just fill in the “Name” field only.
5 - Define if the Field is Required
If you want the field to be required, select the corresponding option.
Save and close.
Attention
Do not enable the field as a unique identifier. This option will cause leads with the same choice to be recorded as duplicates, which can compromise the organization of your database.
With these steps, you will be able to use custom selector fields in SprintHub, improving the organization and personalization of your leads. Take advantage of this feature to optimize your sales process!
