1. Access the email settings in SprintHub

In SprintHub's admin panel:

  2. Add a new domain.

  3. SprintHub will display the three DNS records you need to add to your Wix provider.

2. Add the DNS records in Wix

  1. Access the Wix admin panel and go to Settings > Domain Management.

  2. Click the domain you want to configure and select Manage DNS.

  3. Locate the Custom DNS Records and click on Add Record.

3. Wait for the records to propagate

DNS records can take up to 72 hours to propagate, although they are usually active within a few hours.

4. Test the configuration in SprintHub

After the records have propagated:

  1. Return to the SprintHub panel.

  2. In the email settings section, click on SMTP email send test.

  3. The platform will confirm whether the records are configured correctly.
