Contacts - How to Filter Leads with Opportunity Created

Using this simple process, it is possible to segment leads efficiently, identifying which ones have opportunities created. If you have questions, check out the explanatory video we prepared.

Step-by-step to Filter Leads by Opportunity

1. On the Dashboard home screen

• In the main menu, click the search bar.

• Select the General option and then click Lead.

1. Go to the Leads Page

• Once you are on the Leads screen, go to the filters area.

1. Use Filters to Segment Leads

• Select the funnel you want to filter.

• Choose the opportunity status.

• Set the funnel stage.

• Click Filter.

1. Check the Results

• After applying the filters, the filtered Leads will be displayed on the screen.

• To ensure the filters were applied correctly, click the desired Lead and go to the Opportunities tab.

• Verify that the filters used correspond to the opportunities for that Lead.
