Step-by-step to Filter Leads by Opportunity

  1. On the Dashboard home screen

  • In the main menu, click the search bar.

  • Select the General option and then click Lead.

  1. Go to the Leads Page

  • Once you are on the Leads screen, go to the filters area.

  1. Use Filters to Segment Leads

  • Select the funnel you want to filter.

  • Choose the opportunity status.

  • Set the funnel stage.

  • Click Filter.

  1. Check the Results

  • After applying the filters, the filtered Leads will be displayed on the screen.

  • To ensure the filters were applied correctly, click the desired Lead and go to the Opportunities tab.

  • Verify that the filters used correspond to the opportunities for that Lead.
