360° Support Desk - Searching Messages

You can search messages in the 360° Support Desk. This feature will greatly facilitate your service, allowing you to quickly find relevant information.

To search messages, open the support in Sac 360°, click the three-dot icon, then click "Search Messages".

Now search the support messages however you prefer;

Additionally, you have the option to view messages from all users or from specific users.
