360° Support Desk - Delay Alert

You have the option to set up a delay alert to display on your 360° Support Desk dashboard, allowing you to view delays in responses and service.

To configure a delay alert, go to your SAC 360°, click the gear icon and proceed to the settings and click on 'Delay alert'.

Now, configure your alert by selecting the platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Set the maximum time in WAIT (in minutes) and the maximum time in SERVICE (in minutes). Then click 'Save changes'.

The result of the delay alert will appear on your Customer Service.
