# Schedule - defining operating hours for automations

When using the schedule on WhatsApp Web, all automation messages, for both customer service (SAC) and CRM, will be sent at the previously scheduled times.

Below, you will find images that detail the process to connect your custom schedule to WhatsApp Web.

Step 1 - Access the systems tab

Step 2 - Configuring your schedule

Inside the Schedule you will have the following options:

**1 - Time zone:** Useful if you have international clients or clients from other national locations.

**2 - Days of the week and time:** Allows defining the specific days and times for starting the automations.

Step 3 – In account settings, add your custom schedule in the WhatsApp Web tab.
