To create this strategy, follow these steps:

Access System Settings and then click on Custom Objects. After click on + New

• Creating the Custom Object: To store the information.

• Creating the Chatbot: Your satisfaction survey can be developed via Chatbot, including the necessary questions and routing, with integration to the Custom Object created to store the responses.

• Creating the 360º SAC Automation: To start this Chatbot, you can use a 360º SAC Automation, specifically configured to be triggered at the moment the service is closed.
