Proposals and Invoices - Guide to Initial Settings

1) Sales Channels

Where: Settings → Sales Channels Define the sources (Website, Inside Sales, Referral…). Impact: appears on the Proposal; facilitates reports by source.
2) Contracts

Where: Settings → Contracts Create templates with variables (client, amounts, terms). Impact: attach to the Proposal for complete closing (proposal + contract).
3) Payment Methods

Where: Settings → Payment Methods Enable PIX, Card, Boleto, Transfer, etc. (integrate gateways if used). Impact: options shown on the Proposal/Invoice and in emails.
4) Payment Plans

Where: Settings → Payment Plans Create ready-made conditions (One-time, 30/60, Down payment + 3x, Recurring…). Impact: applies installment plans with 1 click on the Proposal/Invoice.
5) Price Tiers

Where: Settings → Price Tiers Create tables (Default, Partner, Wholesale…). Tip: you can leave the tiers created now and fill in the values later, when registering products/services. Impact: on the Proposal select the tier and the prices already come correct.
6) Branches

Where: Settings → Branches Fill in company name, CNPJ/Tax ID, address, contact and logo. Impact: this data goes to the Proposal and Invoice PDFs.
7) Products

Where: Settings → Products Register unit items (name, short description that goes on the PDF, unit, price). Impact: building the Proposal becomes "add item".
8) Services

Where: Settings → Services Like Products, but for services (implementation, subscription, consulting…). Impact: include services in the Proposal with standardized price/scope.
