360º Support Desk - Lead Fields

In SprintHub, it is possible to insert, remove and order the quick information about Leads in the 360º SAC.

To order according to your needs, just follow the steps in the video below:

Click, hold and drag the field you want to change.

Insert and remove fields

1. Click the icon above the Lead's photo to display the information (Fields);

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page using the mouse scroll and click on "+ Add field".

3. Insert the desired fields by selecting them. To remove, just do the opposite.

Done! The fields added or removed will already be visible in the SAC, and you can arrange them for the best view for you.
