Reports - CRM: Lost Opportunities

To view the lost opportunities metrics by loss reason, follow this step-by-step:

1- In the search, type Reports, click +New

2- Enter a name. For report type choose CRM >> Opportunities Created;

and in filter choose the opportunity date.

3- In this example, we chose the chart view mode by “Loss Reason” and segmented by “Owner.”

Save the report.
