Reports - Management Templates

In SprintHub, it is possible to manage and monitor growth using reports. Below, we present some templates to track that growth.

Within the platform, click on "Analyze", then on "Reports"

Click on "New":

Now, let's configure the report;

"Name": Choose a title for your report;

"Report Type": Select the type of report you would like to create, Leads, CRM, SAC 360°

"Leads":

• Leads Created

• Leads Converted into Opportunities

"CRM":

• Opportunities Created

• Opportunities Sales Cycle

• Opportunity Progress

"SAC 360°":

• Created Support Tickets

• Messages Sent

"Filter": Will initially be configured according to the selection in Step: "Report Type", but you can add additional options to your report.

Management: Template - Leads Created

Management: Template - Opportunities Created

Management: Template - Messages Sent (SAC 360°)

Management: Template - Opportunity Status
