In this example, you have a satisfaction survey in the chatbot and now want to create a custom report with that information.
To build a satisfaction survey through the chatbot, click herearrow-up-right.
Follow the example below on how to extract.
1 - Go to Reports;
2 - Click + New; add the name; select Leads > Created Leads
New Filter > choose the filter Leads with the Field > Satisfaction Survey > Is not empty
Save the report.
Attention: The Traction plans do not have access to reports and dashboards. Contact our support center for more information.
