Data Export Process

Report export is a common feature in modern dashboards, such as those that use CRM or customer service tools. Let's detail the export process based on the examples shown:

  1. Access to the Export Area:

    • Click the report name.

    • In the dashboard interface, locate the "Data" or "Reports" section.

    • Click the "Export" button, usually available at the bottom or top corner of the data table.

  2. Field Selection:

    • A menu will appear with a list of available fields, such as First name, Responsible party, Department, Status, among others.

    • Check only the fields necessary for the report. This helps reduce irrelevant information.

    • You can also select all options

  3. Format Choice:

    • Common formats for export are .xlsx (Excel) and .csv (comma-separated values).

    • Choose the format based on the report's future use. .xlsx files are more suitable for manipulation in spreadsheets, while .csv is ideal for integration with systems or software.

  4. Execution and Download:

    • Click "Export." The system will generate the file based on the selected fields and make it available for download.

    • Check the downloaded file to confirm that all exported information is correct.
