# Fila de Mensagens

Para fazer o envio de mensagens em massa siga o passo a passo;

Clique em **Relacionar** > **Fila de Mensagens**

Clique em '**Novo**';

Defina as **configurações**:

1. Qual o **WhatsApp** de origem para envio das mensagens.
2. Para **ATIVAR** a fila clique em SIM, deixar NÃO ficará congelada.
3. Defina um nome para sua fila.
4. Escolha o Segmento que receberá as mensagens.
5. Clicar em " Aplicar" após " Salvar & Fechar"

Clique no nome da fila que deseja enviar:

Em seguida, aparecerá três etapas:

Para iniciar a mensagem da fila clique em " + " da primeira etapa " Não Publicado"

Defina as configurações da mensagem;&#x20;

Selecione o canal que ela será enviada: **E-mail**, **WhatsApp** ou **Template WhatsApp**.

**No envio via WhatsApp seguir desta forma:**

1. "Nome" - Defina um nome interno para sua mensagem.
2. "Mensagem" - Escreva a mensagem a ser enviada.
3. "Arquivo" - Selelione o arquivo que deseja realizar "Upload"
4. "Enviar Usando" - Escolha o WhatsApp de origem, de onde será enviado a mensagem.
5. "Agendar para" - O envio pode ser feito imediatamente ou agendado para uma determinada data.<br>

Tokens para personalizar e automatizar o envio da mensagem, no exemplo abaixo, estamos utilizando o token **{contactfield=firstname}** que irá chamar o cliente pelo primeiro nome cadastrado no Sistema.

**Respostas Rápidas para inclusão na mensagem;**

**No envio via E-mail seguir desta forma:**

1. Defina um nome **interno** para sua mensagem.
2. Escolha um e-mail já criado.
3. Ou escreve um e-mail rápido.
4. O envio pode ser feito imediatamente ou agendado para uma determinada data.

**No envio via Tamplates WhatsApp seguir desta forma:**

1- Qual a mensagem que você irá enviar.

2- Qual o número de WhatsApp que você irá usar para enviar as mensagens.

3- Você poderá agendar o envio de mensagens; Enviar imediatamente. Enviar após alguns minutos, horas ou dias. Ou agendar o dia exato que você quer que as mensagens sejam enviadas.

Após salvar a mensagem ela ficará na coluna "Não Publicado", somente deslocar para a coluna " Na Fila", será feito o encaminhamento da mensagem.

**Na Fila,** será feito cinco em cinco minutos, um gatilho automático é executado e começará o envio das mensagens.

O acompanhamento é feito pela coluna da direita no **Enviado.**

Clique no ícone do gráfico, após conseguirá ver o status da mensagem e se apresentou algum erro no envio;

No status da mensagem, você encontrará detalhes sobre o envio, e também terá a opção de exportar essas informações;
