# Como desligar o chatbot pelo App

Desligar o chatbot no aplicativo SprintHub é simples e pode ser feito em poucos passos. Este guia rápido mostra como realizar esse processo diretamente pelo app.

#### Passos para desligar o chatbot:

1. **Acesse o App SprintHub:**
   * Abra o aplicativo no seu dispositivo móvel.
2. **Entre na Área de Configurações do Chatbot:**
   * No menu principal, selecione a opção **Chatbot** ou **Configurações de Automação**, dependendo da organização do seu painel.
3. **Identifique o Chatbot Ativo:**
   * Localize o chatbot que você deseja desligar. Geralmente, eles estão listados por nome ou projeto vinculado.
4. **Desative o Chatbot:**
   * Clique sobre o nome do chatbot.
   * Procure pela opção **Ativar/Desativar** ou um botão de alternância (toggle switch).
   * Toque no botão para **Desativar** o chatbot.
5. **Confirme a Ação:**
   * Caso seja solicitado, confirme a desativação. Essa etapa é importante para evitar desativações acidentais.
6. **Verifique o Status:**
   * Após desativar, o status do chatbot deve mudar para **Inativo**.

* **Reativação Rápida:** Se precisar ativar novamente, basta seguir os mesmos passos e alternar o status para **Ativo**.
