## Configurações iniciais da instância

É fundamental que, em 'Configurações do Sistema > Configurações de Conta > Whatsapp Web', os grupos possam ser cadastradas na plataforma como leads e que suas mensagens não sejam ignoradas. Vale notar que a conta conectada à plataforma deve ser membro do grupo.

## Criando o segmento e ajustando o filtro

Após criar e nomear o segmento responsável por marcar os grupos, na aba 'Filtros', utilize a condição 'O valor do campo do lead...' ´para verificar se o campo Whatsapp atende à [expressão regular](https://developer.mozilla.org/pt-BR/docs/Web/JavaScript/Guide/Regular_expressions) '`(\D*\d){16,}`'.

Em resumo, essa expressão valida se o campo Whatsapp do lead contém 16 ou mais caracteres numéricos. Como os IDs dos grupos são mais extensos que 16 caracteres, por exemplo, '120363344586799553', esses grupos serão incluídos automaticamente pelo filtro.&#x20;

Após salvar, o segmento estará pronto.
