# Fluxo de Automação - Lead recebeu ou Abriu um email?

Para criar sua automação, acesse o construtor de fluxo de automação, clique em '**Gatilho**' e, em seguida, escolha uma das opções:

Em seguida escolha quais os e-mails voce quer que sejam usados na automação. Podem ser selecionados mais de um e-mail.

Também é possível utilizar definir os horários, dias da semana e até quanto tempo a automação ficará disponível

* **Somente em horas específicas?** \
  Caso essa opção seja selecionada, as decisões só irão acontecer nas horas específicas.
* **Somente em dias específicos?** \
  Caso essa opção seja selecionada, somente as decisões que ocorrem nos dias da semana especificadas serão consideradas.&#x20;
