# Fluxos de Automação – Adição e Remoção de Tags

#### Com a SprintHub, você automatiza a adição e remoção de tags em massa por meio de Fluxos de Automação, segmentando seus Leads de forma estratégica.

Para a criação e execução de seu fluxo, siga esses passos: 

1. **Criar o Fluxo de Automação:**

* Vá até o Fluxos de Automação pelo “Encontrar Serviços”. Ou basta digitar o nome, que a função aparece.
* Para criar clique em “+ Novo”.

2. **Configurar e Criar:**

* **Insira um Nome:** Dê um nome descritivo para o seu fluxo.
* **Insira uma descrição:** detalhe do que vai acontecer no fluxo.
* **Configure um Segmento:** Escolha um de sua preferência.
* **Categoria:** Escolha um de sua preferência. Isso é opcional
* **Permitir que leads reiniciem o fluxo?:** Vai de acordo com sua estratégia.

> Se deixar como “SIM”, ele irá passar pelo fluxo mais de uma vez.

* **Clique em “Abrir Construtor”**, para criar o fluxo com as suas ações e condições.\ <br>

3. **Construindo o Fluxo:**

**Para remover a Tag de um Lead, basta adicionar a ação de remoção no fluxo de automação.**

4. **Salvar o Fluxo de Automação:**

Feita as criações e alterações necessárias. Salve seu Fluxo e publique.

* Publicado: Ao selecionar "SIM", o fluxo começará a funcionar imediatamente.

Em seguida, você poderá visualizar as estatísticas e os Leads que passaram pelo fluxo.

O histórico do Lead exibe todas as mudanças relacionadas à empresa e os dados vinculados, acessíveis na seção lateral esquerda.
