# Fluxo de Automação - Possui um WhatsApp válido?

Para isso, acesse Fluxos de Automação,

E clicando em "Abrir Construtor, adicione um bloco de **"Condição"** e selecione **"O lead possui telefone? - Sim, e é WhatsApp válido".**

A partir daí, personalize o fluxo conforme sua necessidade. \
Por exemplo, **caso o lead tenha um número de WhatsApp válido**, você pode:

* Criar uma oportunidade em um funil e etapa específicos
* Adicionar o lead a um segmento
* Iniciar um chatbot&#x20;

Caso o lead não tenha um número de WhatsApp válido, você pode criar a ação **"Enviar uma notificação para um funcionário".**
