# Agentes de I.A. - Engajamento Ativo

## Configuração da Habilidade

Para utilizar a funcionalidade de engajamento ativo, é necessário habilitar essa opção no agente. O tempo definido nas configurações de "**Engajamentos por Inatividade**" será contabilizado a partir da última mensagem enviada pelo agente — ou seja, quando ele estiver aguardando uma resposta do lead.

Nas configurações, no campo de instruções, deve-se especificar como o agente deve engajar com o lead — por exemplo, se deve utilizar uma forma específica de tratamento, fazer alguma referência personalizada ou relembrar informações relevantes. A parte **Limitar por Condição**, define sob qual critério esse engajamento não deve acontecer, tendo em vista o contexto do atendimento e/ou os campos do lead.

## Testando Habilidade

Como mostra o exemplo a seguir, após 30 minutos de inatividade por parte do lead, ele recebeu as duas mensagens de engajamento previamente configuradas.
