# Automação de SAC 360º - Identificando com Tag e Segmento os Leads que interagem com o anúncio

## Com a automação do SAC, você pode identificar seus leads por meio de tags e segmentos, com base nas interações deles com seus anúncios no Meta.

### Para criar e executar essa automação siga os seguintes passos:

1. **Criar uma Automação:**

* Vá até o SAC 360º pelo “Encontrar Serviços”. Ou basta digitar o nome, que a função aparece.
* Entre na função de “Automações” e depois clique em “+ Nova Automação”;

2\. **Configurar e Salvar**

* **Insira um Título:** Dê um nome descritivo para a automação.
* **Configure um Gatilho:** Escolha um gatilho “Interagir com um anúncio (Meta)\
  \&#xNAN;*<mark style="color:blue;">Podendo limitar por IDs ou para que seja para todos os anúncios. Sendo possível também incluir interações antigas.</mark>*
* **Defina a Condição:** Escolha uma condição de sua preferência.
* **Escolha a Ação:** Modificar as tags do Lead e/ou Modificar os segmentos Lead
* **Configure** a Ação.&#x20;
* **Descreva** exatamente o que a ação irá fazer.
* **Salve a Automação:** Após configurar, salve a automação.

3\. **Executar a Automação:**

* Inicie a Automação: Dê o “play” para começar a execução.
