# Automação de SAC 360° - Finalizando Atendimentos

## Se por algum motivo precisar finalizar os atendimentos em forma massiva, com a automação de SAC isso é possível.

### Para criar e executar essa automação siga os seguintes passos: 

1. **Criar uma Automação:**

* Vá até o SAC 360º pelo “Encontrar Serviços”. Ou basta digitar o nome, que a função aparece. 
* Entre na função de “Automações” e depois clique em “+ Nova Automação”;

2. **Configurar e Salvar**

* **Insira um Título:** Dê um nome descritivo para a automação.
* **Configure um Gatilho:** Escolha um gatilho de sua preferência (no exemplo, foi utilizado “A hora do dia For”).
* **Defina a Condição:** Escolha uma condição de sua preferência (no exemplo, foi utilizado 3: “O Lead possui um atendimento no SAC” E “A data da última mensagem do Lead foi…” OU “A data da última mensagem do Atendente foi…” ).
* **Escolha a Ação:** Finalizar o atendimento
* **Descreva** exatamente o que a ação irá fazer.
* **Salve a Automação:** Após configurar, salve a automação.

3\. **Executar a Automação:**

* Inicie a Automação: Dê o “play” para começar a execução.
