Em alguns casos, você quer começar uma série de mensagens via Chatbot com um lead quando o mesmo envia uma palavra-chave. Isso é possível da seguinte forma:

No SAC360, ao entrar na página de automações, crie uma nova automação que faça o seguinte:<br>

Dessa forma, toda mensagem que conter a 'mensagem X' ativará o Chatbot configurado.
