## Configurações iniciais
Para esse exemplo, foi criada uma automação chamada "**Finalizado sem Gatilho**". O propósito é segmentar os Leads que já foram finalizados, com o intuito de utilizar essa informação em filtros ou outras automações. Para isso, não haverá Gatilhos, mas Condições podem ser utilizadas se for o caso.

## Configurando ação e limitação de status
Em Ações foi adicionado *'Modificar os segmentos do Lead'*, editada para adicionar o Lead a um segmento do instância — Para saber como criar um segmento, [*clique aqui*](/topicos/relacionar/segmentos.md).
Em Limitar para os canais, pode-se incluir somente '*Finalizado*' em Limitar para os status; dessa forma, a automação vai ocorrer apenas para atendimentos finalizados.
Clique em '*Salvar Automação*' e estará pronta!
