# Importação de planilha- Empresas

### **Criando campos customizados em Empresas**— passo a passo:

Acesse: **Campos customizados → Empresas**

Clique em **\[+ Novo]** para criar um novo campo e preencha as informações do campo:

* **Nome:** ex.: `CNPJ`.
* **Tipo:** escolha o tipo de dado (Texto, Número, Data etc.).
* **Alias:** não preencha — o alias é gerado automaticamente **após salvar** e não pode ser alterado.
* **Grupo:** informa qual grupo o campo ficará (ex.: *Principal* ou *Profissional*).
  * Você pode alterar a **cor e o ícone** do grupo ao clicar no ícone:&#x20;

* Ajustes importantes:
  * **\[Identificador único?] → Sim**
    * Ao marcar, o valor será **único** no sistema (Ex: não é possível ter duas empresas com o mesmo CNPJ).
  * **\[Obrigatório?] → Sim** (opcional)
    * Ao marcar, esse campo **deverá** obrigatoriamente estar preenchido.
* Clique em **Salvar** para criar o campo.
* Após salvar: ao realizar o **mapeamento da planilha** (na tela de importação), o novo campo já **aparecerá na lista de seleção** para você mapear a coluna correspondente.
