# CRM - Menções na aba da  Oportunidade

Para mencionar algum usuário, abra seu CRM e clique na oportunidade.

Feito isso, insira um **@** e, em seguida, digite o nome ou as iniciais do usuário que deseja mencionar.

Irá aparecer uma lista com os usuários do sistema com as iniciais que você digitou, acompanhados de suas fotos para facilitar a identificação.

Depois de mencionar o nome do usuário, o campo correspondente ficará destacado em cinza, e você pode digitar seu comentário e enviar.

Após a postagem do comentário, ele ficará visível na aba da oportunidade.

Por fim, Após a publicação do comentário onde o mesmo foi mencionado, o usuário receberá uma notificação.
